Olivia Parker

Olivia Parker has been working for many years, creating beautifully crafted still-lifes. Some classic, some with a fantastic twist. I love her work. See a good collection of her photographs at Joseph Bellows Gallery .

Hubble

For those Astronomy buffs out there, the Hubble image gallery is very cool.

In the mood for some shopping? The Photography page at art.net.au is a good source for the purchase of contemporary Australian photography. It has a good mix of relative unknowns and established artists, such as Polixena Papapetrou, Robyn Stacey (pictured here) and Anne Ferren, to name but a few.

Happy shopping!
